Privacy notice for applicants
This notice explains what Skyform IT does with your information when you apply for a role through this site, including the AI-assisted screening and voice interview. Last updated 4 Nov 2026.
Transcribed, not recorded. We keep a written transcript of the interview for evaluation. Audio and video are not recorded or stored. Your camera is optional and never affects your evaluation.
What we process
- Your resume and the details we read from it: name, contact details, location, work history, education and skills. You can check and correct them before you continue.
- Your screening answers: whether you can relocate and work onsite, your expected annual salary and your availability.
- Your interview transcript: a written record of the questions and your spoken answers, plus the AI evaluation built from it (competency scores, evidence quotes and a summary).
- Live audio during the interview is streamed so the AI interviewer can hear and answer you. It is converted to text as you speak and is not saved.
- Messages we send you, such as interview links and the take-home assessment, and anything you submit for it (for example a repository link).
How AI is used
An AI system reads your resume and compares it with the job description. The interview is run by an AI voice interviewer that adapts its questions to your answers. After the interview, AI scores the transcript against a published rubric and suggests a recommendation.
People on our HR team review every result. No application is rejected or moved forward by AI alone, and HR can override any AI recommendation. Overrides are recorded with a reason.
Why we use it and who sees it
We use your information only to assess your application for the role you applied for and to contact you about it. Skyform IT's HR team can see your application. Service providers that host this site, deliver email and run the voice and AI services process it on our behalf and may not use it for anything else. Your documents are stored privately and are never published.
How long we keep it
- We keep application data for [retention period to be confirmed] after the hiring process for the role ends, then delete it.
- Interview audio and video are never stored, so there is nothing to delete.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your application and have your data deleted at any time. You can also stop the interview whenever you like; what you said up to then is kept for review.
